Service notice · 17 October 2026. This describes the current planning service. Formal legal terms and the registered controller’s details require company and legal approval before public commercial launch.
What is stored
Your signed-in account identity, occasion details, requests, quotes, conversations, partner applications and work history are stored in the shared service. Do not submit identity documents, card data or bank details through these forms.
Who can see it
Your records are scoped to your account. Assigned providers and company staff receive the context their role permits. Employee task access is restricted. Public listings contain only approved provider profile and published service fields.
Your device choices
Language, theme, selected service-guide IDs and saved provider IDs are stored locally on your device. Planning drafts are saved locally only when you choose “Keep a draft”; clear them on a shared device. A tab draft can also be kept when you choose the sign-in action. Form retry keys prevent accidental duplicates. No third-party advertising or marketing tracker is installed on these pages.
Access and deletion requests
Use a service case in your account for data questions. A published privacy contact, retention schedule, deletion workflow and jurisdiction-specific rights statement must be completed before commercial launch. There is no automated deletion endpoint in the current release.
